Personalised Support

Quarterly Reviews: Body, Mind & Performance

Every trimester, each student takes part in a structured personal review designed to measure progress, adjust goals and better understand their own development.

This process combines three essential dimensions: physical condition, mental balance and nutrition and recovery habits.

Sport Medical Review

A regular check-in on physical condition, recovery, training load and potential areas of vulnerability. The objective is to adapt effort, support healthy progression and define realistic goals for the following trimester.

Psychological Review

A dedicated moment to reflect on motivation, confidence, stress management, autonomy, group dynamics and the ability to progress within a demanding environment.

Nutrition Review

Personal guidance around nutrition, hydration, energy, sleep and recovery routines in order to support balance and consistency throughout the programme.

These reviews help each student move forward with greater clarity, maturity and confidence. The goal is not only to perform better, but to learn how to take care of oneself over time.
