Every Trimester

Every Trimester: A Complete Progress Check-In

Students complete a sport medical, psychological and nutrition review every trimester. These check-ins help monitor progress, adjust personal goals, identify areas of attention and support physical, mental and emotional balance throughout the year.

  • Psychological review
  • Nutrition review
  • Personal objectives for the following trimester
End-of-year regatta experience

Earned, not promised.
