5 training days
Sailing, Growth Modules, physical preparation and team debriefs.
The year is structured through daily rhythms, weekly challenges and repeated reflection.
The day alternates effort and recovery so students can train, think, learn and stay sharp.
Every week combines sea, land, body, mind and team.
Sailing, Growth Modules, physical preparation and team debriefs.
Mountain hiking, coastal rowing, orientation or outdoor challenge.
Rest, personal work, reading, calls and cultural visits.
Morning group / afternoon group. Every student sails regularly.
1 head coach for up to 3 boats / 15 Participants-Civitas, with professional supervision and safety support.
Different practices reveal different behaviours and keep the year physically and mentally complete. Meeting spaces and residence life support briefings, project work, quarterly reviews and community moments throughout the year.
Rhythm, endurance and coordinated effort.
Orientation, patience and shared pace.
Energy, mobility, strength and recovery.
Sleep, quiet time and personal work.
Care for the coastline that teaches the programme.
The year moves from orientation to responsibility, then closes with evidence and next steps.
Students complete a sport medical, psychological and nutrition review every trimester. These check-ins help monitor progress, adjust personal goals, identify areas of attention and support physical, mental and emotional balance throughout the year.
For ready students, the year may conclude with a real regatta experience, depending on readiness, safety, commitment and team performance.
For most students, sailing is the method. For some, it may become a future.
